Old Town
One of the city’s oldest and most distinguished neighborhoods, Old Town is adorned with tree-lined streets, distinctive architecture, and lovely brick construction. Today, Old Town is considered an affluent and historic neighborhood, home to many of Chicago’s Victorian-era buildings. In 1977, the Old Town Triangle area was designated a Chicago Landmark District and presently boutiques, galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and coffee shops can be found here.

Just few blocks south of Lincoln Park begins Old Town, a neighborhood full of independent boutiques, theaters and excellent dining. Retailers like Haberdash, a menswear boutique, and Handle with Care, contemporary women’s fashion, represent a select group of boutiques that call Old Town home. The Spice House, features spices that represent neighborhoods is a staple of Old Town. Just down the street is the world famous Second City theater.
