Old TownOne of the city’s oldest and most distinguished neighborhoods, Old Town is adorned with tree-lined streets, distinctive architecture, and lovely brick construction. Today, Old Town is considered an affluent and historic neighborhood, home to many of Chicago’s Victorian-era buildings. In 1977, the Old Town Triangle area was designated a Chicago Landmark District and presently boutiques, galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and coffee shops can be found here.
An area within the popular neighborhood of Lakeview, the Southport Corridor has been established as a commercial strip that is perfect to see and be seen in. Located on Southport Avenue; this shopping district is heavily populated with great dining options, hip independent boutiques, and buzzing nightlife.
Wicker ParkOriginally settled by Northern European immigrants in the 1850’s, Wicker Park boasts beautiful Victorian mansions and tree-lined streets. In the last ten years, Wicker Park has been known as a haven for galleries, cutting-edge shops, and a variety of eclectic restaurants.
