Carolyn Burry

Biography

Designer Carolyn Burry was born and raised in Boston, MA, where she was a flight attendant and fell in love with a pilot. They married in 1997, and moved to downtown Chicago where they have resided for the past eleven years. In June 2007, she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from the Illinois Institute of Art at Chicago

Carolyn’s design style is truly distinctive and she adores the stylish flare of both the Jackie O and Audrey Hepburn era. She designs and creates her own spectacular collection of fashion forward, trendy, and stylish necklaces. Her one-of-a-kind designer pieces are timeless classics that are guaranteed compliments. When she travels all around the United States, she takes the time to find her unique combination of extraordinary semi-precious gemstones. Many pieces are also beautifully enhanced with unique and elite vintage pendants. Each necklace is hand created to give women a piece of sophistication and elegance.

Carolyn has had the honor of being featured as an Emerging Artist in the 2003 One-Of-A-Kind Show, and she looks forward to being an accessories designer in the Red Hot Chicago Designer Show in September 2008.
