The Designers in Residence
The Designers in Residence (DIR) have been provided office space, a
workshop room with sample production space and a resource section; as well as a
showroom. DIR are required to complete a core curriculum of workshops and seminars
conducted at the Incubator location at Macy’s on State Street for the duration of a oneyear
period starting in March 2008.
Agga B. Raya
AGGA B. offers clean classic silhouettes with a distinct element of
art. She creates innovative finishes by manipulating fabrics into a sculptural shape as an accent.
Agga strives to create interest in some of the details of the designs to define looks for the season, without being “overdone”.

Glenn Mallory
6ACE by Glenn Mallory features classically designed
garments emphasizing detail, created with leather and other finer quality natural fiber
fabrics. The most important aspect is the fit of the garments. Small details, like stretchable fabrics and elastic in the waistband, will compliment any size and shape.
